What you read here is general information about our services and our projects. It isn’t a quotation or an offer. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in a written quotation or contract.

Some photos show work in progress, and some images are 3D visualisations, which may differ from the finished building. We keep the information as accurate and up to date as we can, but we can’t promise it’s complete or free of mistakes.

Sending an enquiry, or registering on our Join us page, doesn’t create a contract between you and us. A project starts only once both sides have signed a written agreement. How we look after the personal details you send is set out in our privacy policy.

The CON31 name and logo, and the text, photos and drawings on this website, belong to us or are used with their owners’ permission. You’re welcome to view them and to share links to our pages. Copying them, changing them or using them for commercial purposes needs our written permission first.

Links to LINE, Facebook and Instagram take you to services we don’t run. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for what they show.

Please don’t try to break into this website, overload it or interfere with how it works, and don’t send false information or someone else’s details through its forms.

As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for loss that comes from relying on the general information on this website without checking it with us first. Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the Thai courts decide any dispute about them.
